01 General Terms

Welcome to Gaming Web. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Gaming Web ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Gaming Web platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at gamingweb.app.

By accessing Gaming Web, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Gaming Web platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Gaming Web, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Gaming Web has a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must be a resident or citizen of the Philippines, or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of a Gaming Web employee where use of the platform may present a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion or exclusion list maintained by Gaming Web or any applicable regulatory authority.

Gaming Web actively works to prevent underage gambling. We may request a copy of a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card — at any point to verify age and identity. Failure to provide acceptable verification documents within the required timeframe will result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one active account on Gaming Web. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Gaming Web is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

• Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Gaming Web account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately at support@gamingweb.app.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or administrative closure.

Account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) may be required before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure that protects both the player and the platform from fraud and money laundering. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 2–5 business days.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Gaming Web are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Please refer to our Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits and timelines. Most GCash deposits reflect instantly in your Gaming Web balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise arranged through customer support. Gaming Web does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside our control.

Gaming Web reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Gaming Web regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback deals, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements vary per promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Gaming Web reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting system errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Gaming Web are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Gaming Web does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases of technical error on our end.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface before placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes returned at Gaming Web's discretion.
• Bets placed on cancelled events or postponed matches will be voided and stakes refunded within 24 hours.
• Gaming Web reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at any time, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Palpable errors in odds or pricing — clearly incorrect lines due to system or human error — will be voided. Winnings generated from obvious errors are not payable.

For sports betting events specifically, the outcome is determined by the official result announced by the governing body of that sport. Gaming Web follows internationally recognized settlement rules for all major sports including football, basketball, boxing, and MMA.

07 Fair Play Policy

Gaming Web is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. We strictly prohibit any conduct that gives one player an unfair advantage over others or that undermines the integrity of our platform.

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets is forbidden.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain is a violation of these Terms.
• Chip dumping in poker games or any form of money laundering through game play is illegal and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Players may not use VPNs or proxy services to mask their location or bypass geographic or account restrictions.

All casino games on Gaming Web use Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Audit reports are available upon request. 08 Privacy & Data

Gaming Web collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on Gaming Web, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with restricted access.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Gaming Web may share anonymized, aggregated data with regulatory bodies for compliance reporting.

09 Limitation of Liability

Gaming Web provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Gaming Web shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence on your part, including sharing your login credentials.
• Losses or damages arising from inaccurate information provided by the player during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Account Termination

Either you or Gaming Web may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
• Termination by Gaming Web: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program will have their accounts locked for the duration of the exclusion period. Re-opening such accounts before the exclusion period ends will not be permitted.

Upon termination for cause, Gaming Web may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances accumulated through legitimate play will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the violation.

11 Amendments to These Terms

Gaming Web reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of Gaming Web after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your only remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
